Initial upload of kernel 2.4 series ds-0.2.9-p8 without any changes, i.e.
  - without packages
  - with included binaries (e.g. iptables libs)
  - with all the other old crap
This way it should become a bit easier to maintain ds24 a little bit and
possibly synchronise it a bit with ds26.
