Continue work in progress of getting ds24 closer to ds26 structure. This is
reflects no consistent state!
  - tools/* adapted to ds26
  - Config.in, Makefile and fwmod adapted to ds26
  - make/*/*.mk updated to URLs with "eiband.info" now use "magenbrot.net"
State: "make tools" and "make firmware-nocompile" should roughly work.
TODO: a lot!

Remove hardware types now supported by ds26, but keep non-German "Fon" and
"Fon WLAN" stuff. Furthermore, add 300IP as alternative to all remaining "Fon"
configurations.

TODO:
  - Find out if "300IP as Fon" works at all for non-German firmwares without
    creating new patches. If so, keep it, otherwise discard 300IP completely.
  - Remove "de" patches for "Fon" and "Fon WLAN".

Add download and patch tools from ds26 in preparation of using them in
ds-0.2.9, too.

Initial upload of kernel 2.4 series ds-0.2.9-p8 without any changes, i.e.
  - without packages
  - with included binaries (e.g. iptables libs)
  - with all the other old crap
This way it should become a bit easier to maintain ds24 a little bit and
possibly synchronise it a bit with ds26.
