AVMGGRP_VRX_TC_NOTIFY is the interface of the Intel SmartPHY PCIe EP/ACA Driver vrx518_tc.ko.
The similar vrx318_tc.ko driver is called Lantiq CPE SmartPHY PCIe EP ATM/PTM driver.
vrx518_tc.ko uses the genl_register_family function to register the family.
