Details
utilfile is the command interface for the sysutil multi-call binary on Fusiv models.
It is provided by sysKCode_lkm.ko.
sysutil writes a command with optional arguments to it and reads the response from it.
Commands are numerical. See the Examples section of each command linked here for a strace:

Missing numbers 3,4,8 are likely from sysutil commands which failed or could not be tested.
