Details
ISO-8859-2, also called ISO-Latin-2 is an 8-bit single Byte encoded Charset for Central Europe.
ISO-8859-2 covers the complete Alphabets of Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, Czech, German,
Hungarian, Polish, Serbian Latin, Slovak, Slovene, Upper Sorbian, Lower Sorbian and Turkmen.
For German text ISO-8859-2 is fully compatible to ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15.
FRITZ!OS
Webinterface
Polish language for the Webinterface, which is not supported by ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15, was added in UTF-8 times.

NAS
Linux filesystem NLS support for ISO-8859-2 was not widely activated - see nls_iso8859-2.ko.
The Kernel-Config variable enabling it is CONFIG_NLS_ISO8859_2. More details in the NLS article.
