Details

This is a missing symlink to sysutil. It has to be called sysutil bmsession

bmsession lists PPPoE sessions on the Buffer Manager AP of a Fusiv. It is part of the sysutil multi-call binary.

In the Fusiv an AP is a 400 MHz Xtensa Acceleration Processor. On a 7390 there are 6 of them:

There is also some info about the APs in the old wiki (german).

7390 fw 6.04 help:

root@fritz:/var/mod/root# sysutil bmsession
Wrong Number of Parameters

bmsession <index> <sessionid>

<index> - 0 or 1
<sessionid> - pppoe session id

Examples

7390 fw 6.04 examples:

root@fritz:/var/mod/root# sysutil bmsession 0 0

BM Session:0:0

Excerpt of a strace of this example:

root@fritz:/var/mod/root# strace sysutil bmsession 0 0 2>&1 | grep -e proc -e write

open("/proc/sysutil/utilfile", O_RDWR) = 3
write(3, "9 0 0", 5) = 5
write(1, "BM Session:0:0\n \n\n", 18BM Session:0:0
