Details
libnetlink_app is a Broadcom bridge between Netlink and Unix domain sockets.
It maps the NETLINK_ROUTE (rtnetlink) family to these Linux-Sockets:
/data/libnetlink_server.sock/data/libnetlink_client.sock
Since /data is not writable on models providing this executable it is unusable and an unused orphan.
