Details
swmdk is the Broadcom Ethernet Switch MDK daemon. It does not provide any options or help text.
It serves the mdkshell_sock socket for the interactive shell mdkshell.
MDK seems to be the abbreviation for Mini Driver Kit
as this Github repo implies.
