Details

memaccess is a multi-call binary providing low-level access to the BCM63 chipset memory using the brcmboard device.
It is typically only called by symlinks located in /opt/scripts and lists an overview if called directly:

*** Usage:

 dw/dh/db <physical address in hex> <number> 
 dw/dh/db <-k> <virtual address in hex> <number> 
 sw/sh/sb <physical address in hex>   .. 
 sw/sh/sb <-k> <virtual address in hex>   .. 
 fw/fh/fb  <physical address in hex>  <length> 
 fw/fh/fb <-k> <virtual address in hex>  <length> 

 -s (currently works with physical addresses for d*/s*/f* commands
     and virtual addresses for s*/f* commands)

• d* commands dump memory, s* commands store to memory, f* commands fill memory
• *w commands handle 4-byte words, *h commands handle 2-byte values, *b commands handle single byte values
• Option -k or --kernel means kernelspace.
• Option -s or --swap means swapspace.

The source could not be located on the GPL-Browser but here is a likely older source.
