Details
qos manages IP QoS on Fusiv. It is part of the sysutil multi-call binary.
It accesses the missing /proc/qos/qos_config
procfs file, which would have been provided by the missing ipqos_lkm.ko.
Without the IPQoS module this tool is useless.
