Details
Code Page 852, also called DOS-Latin-2 is an 8-bit single Byte encoded Charset of MS-DOS for Central Europe.
The lower half (0x00 - 0x7F) equals CP-437.
The upper half replaces graphical symbols used in CP-437 with more special Characters of some Central European languages.
A variant for Western Europe is CP-850.
