NW_IPC_EVT_HOMENET_NEWDEVICES is a network event informing about new devices in the LAN.
The semder of this event is libcmapi.so for ctlmgr.
The only listener is cloudmsgd which so far was not running in any Supportdata2 probe so is missing in the Dependencies.
