Details
acs_cli is the (old) commandline frontend for acsd. It is only used by supportdata.wlan, see the Examples below.
The successor is the acs_cli2 commandline frontend for acsd2.

Examples
From supportdata.wlan 7581 fw 7.17:
acs_cli -i wl0 -R acs_cli -i wl1 -R
This creates a pretty verbose output for the ACSD report
section of supportdata.
