Function:	Updates the Firmware of the builtin ISDN DECT base (ie 7150).

Details

dect_update is a firmware updater for generation 1 AVM DECT models which contain an internal ISDN DECT base.
The update is performed by ISDN / CAPI.

Parameter:

-f<filename>      Filename des Firmwareupdatefiles (default: "dect_update.bin")
-c<controller>    Nummer des CAPI Controllers (default: 1)
-g                Nur DectVersion anzeigen, nicht updaten
-t                Version des Firmwareupdatefiles mit der DECT Version vergleichen
                  Bei zulaessigem Update ist der Rueckgabewert == 0, sonst != 0
-d<debuglevel>    Debug, 1 = an; 0 = aus (default: 0)

Bei Aufruf ohne Parameter wird versucht ein Update mit dem Defaultupdatefile durchzufuehren
