Details
Excerpt from: Bash source >> disown command
Possible #if / #endif blocks are compile options. There is no mechanism yet on BoxMatrix to detect which of these are set per model.
disown [-h] [-ar] [jobspec ... | pid ...] Remove jobs from current shell. Removes each JOBSPEC argument from the table of active jobs. Without any JOBSPECs, the shell uses its notion of the current job. Options: -a remove all jobs if JOBSPEC is not supplied -h mark each JOBSPEC so that SIGHUP is not sent to the job if the shell receives a SIGHUP -r remove only running jobs Exit Status: Returns success unless an invalid option or JOBSPEC is given.
Excerpt from: bashref.info >> Job Control Builtins >> disown command
disown [-ar] [-h] [JOBSPEC ... | PID ... ] Without options, remove each JOBSPEC from the table of active jobs. If the '-h' option is given, the job is not removed from the table, but is marked so that 'SIGHUP' is not sent to the job if the shell receives a 'SIGHUP'. If JOBSPEC is not present, and neither the '-a' nor the '-r' option is supplied, the current job is used. If no JOBSPEC is supplied, the '-a' option means to remove or mark all jobs; the '-r' option without a JOBSPEC argument restricts operation to running jobs.
