Details
libavmcounter_mac.so collects and caches neighbour MAC addresses from avmcounterd kernel extensions.
The addresses come from the routing core kdsldmod.ko via /proc/kdsld/avmcounter/macaddrs.
fw 7.90 example:

For each neighbour address there are 4 counters for avmcounterd, the incoming and outgoing traffic for IPv4 and IPv6 each.
libavmcounter_mac.so caches the addresses for other services like meshd topology management.
There's a commandline frontend testavmcounter_mac for testing this library.
