Details

align_config_to_4mb is a 1007 kB or 2031 KB sized first partition on the eMMC of Alder and Miami models.

It compensates the 17 KB allocated for the GPT to align the subsequent SBL1 partition to 1MB or 2 MB (not 4MB) boundaries.

  • 17 KB + 1007 KB = 1024 KB = 1 MB (Alder)
  • 17 KB + 2031 KB = 2048 KB = 2 MB (Miami)

The (main/scrpn/boot/arm/prx/atom/rtl) label in the Model column shows which CPU is meant for Multi-Linux models.
Note that this list comes from Supportdata-Probes, which can have arbitrary settings and come from different firmware versions.
It doesn't say much if a model is not listed here. It may be a missing supportdata file or just a disabled feature.
