Details
bdmf_shell is the Broadcom Device Management Framework Shell.
It is a frontend to the bdmf_shell device which is served by bdmf.ko.
bdmf_shell is initialized at boot time by rdpa_init.sh which creates the bdmf_sh_id session id.
This id is passed as the -c
argument on subsequent calls. There are 2 commands which do this job:
7581 fw 7.17:
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# bdmf_shell Usage: bdmf_shell server_addr:port [options] bdmf_shell domain_socket_addr [options] bdmf_shell [-c init | session_id] [-cmd command] [-f script_file] [-fg] [-close] -c : serial communication. Must be followed by "init" or session_id -cmd command : send BDMF shell command -f script_file : send script_file content -fg - interactive mode -close - close session opened by "-c init" - used with "-c"

The Browse
column points to the Path
containing the respective source code on the gpl.boxmatrix.info service.
The SoC
column lists the Chip-Codenames, the Model
column lists the nicks of the Box-Models.
The Diff
column links the comparison of the AVM Kernel to the pristine original from Kernel.org.
The Download
column links the full tarball the respective directory content is extracted from.
The presence of the source does not mean it fits the respective model and architecture. See the Model-Matrix where it's used.
