The Loglevel states that all messages with smaller or equal priority are accepted.
The loglevel can be passed numerical or textual:
0 = emerg[ency] 1 = alert 2 = crit[ical] 3 = err[or] 4 = warn[ing] 5 = notice 6 = info 7 = debug
