Details
plctool is the Qualcomm Atheros Panther / Lynx Powerline Device Manager. It is part of the open-plc-utils package, see the
GPL-Browser below. This package also contains amptool, the AR7x00 variant of this command.
AVM uses the proprietary plc-utils package by QCA, which differs from the source on the GPL-Browser.
plctool is not used by the system.
