|Location:||Environment >> Config-Environment - Origin: rc.conf|
|Values:||Release: n, y|
Lab+Rel: n, y
|Properties:||Firmware: 7.14 - 7.51|
|Defines:||y= This model has an ambient light sensor for automatical LED dimming|
y states that this model has an ambient light sensor for automatical LED dimming.
Due to the lack of a FPGA the 7590axv2 does not have this sensor. Although the v2 runs the same firmware as the 7590ax [v1]
this feature is deactivated in rc.errata.sh, setting this variable to
n on a v2.
Such a sensor can only be located where light comes into a box, and there is only one safe place, where the LEDs are located.
Have a look at the dual color Info LED and the little device near it:
And the AX v2 where it's not assembled:
The automatic dimming is performed by grx-ambient-light.

(main/scrpn/boot/arm/prx/atom) label in the
Model column shows which CPU is meant for models with multiple Linux instances.
Note that this list is merged from Firmware-Probes of all known AVM firmware for a model, including Recovery.exe and Labor-Files.
If the 'Value' column contains '<comp>' the variable is computed at runtime. '<empty>' means the variable is present but empty (rare).
Multiple values typically show a conditional static assignment or different values in different firmware.
