Details
msoc-comp-mgmtd is the Inter-CPU Companion-SoC-alive reporting daemon.
This is the sucessor program of upx-prx-mgmtd (chipcmd) on the 5590.
The counterpart on the host side is msoc-main-mgmtd.
It triggers the Companion-SoC-alive GPIO pin once the boot process is finished.
After this it waits for keepalive pings and responds them to inform the host side.
